Management Accountant

The Role
As Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of specific business divisions, working end-to-end across accounting, reporting, and financial planning. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from monthly management accounts to forecasting and budgeting, while partnering with directors, commercial managers, and creative teams to bring financial insight to life.
Your role will be a mix of technical and commercial — perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working closely with people across the business, and helping shape the bigger financial picture. You’ll also play a key part in group budgeting, reporting, and supporting board-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and divisional reports.
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across multiple projects.
Liaise with divisional directors and non-finance teams to provide insight and guidance.
Prepare reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet reports.
Assist with audits, tax returns, and other statutory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement within finance processes and reporting.
Step in to support colleagues and share ideas when needed — teamwork is key!
About You
Qualified or part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with solid management accounting experience.
A confident communicator, able to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Sage 200 is helpful but not essential.
Previous experience in a media, events, or multi-project environment would be a bonus.
